Delivery Methods
- Home Delivery: HCT Logistics, Black Cat (Takkyubin), or Vendor Direct Delivery (Taiwan Main Island only).
- Store Pickup: 7-11, FamilyMart (Available for Taiwan Main Island and Outlying Islands).
Estimated Delivery Time & Areas
- Home Delivery (Taiwan Main Island):
- Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after placing the order (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Convenience Store Pickup (Taiwan Main Island):
- Delivery Time: 5–7 working days after placing the order (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Outlying Islands:
- Delivery Time: 5–10 working days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping Information
- Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 working days after the order is confirmed (excluding the order date and holidays).
- Shipping Schedule: Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. No shipping services are scheduled on national holidays.
- Delays: Shipping may be delayed during peak festival periods or due to unpredictable natural disasters (force majeure).
- Home Delivery: Actual delivery times depend on the courier's local route and schedule.
- Convenience Store Pickup:
- Please pay attention to the arrival SMS notification.
- Orders must be picked up within 7 days of arrival.
- If an order is returned due to unexcused failure to pick it up, the customer will be responsible for the resulting shipping costs.
- Blacklist Policy: Customers who select "Cash on Delivery" and fail to pick up their order without a valid reason will be blacklisted and restricted from future shopping on this platform.
